San Carlos Mold Damage Remediation

Mold damage at this San Carlos home was caused by a minor water leak, but the mold remediation required us to remove the entire wall. The thermal imaging camera that we used indicated water damage everywhere on the backside of the drywall. We removed and disposed of the mold infested materials and located the source of the water leak. We then thoroughly dried the affected area and treated the surfaces with an antimicrobial agent. New drywall and baseboards were constructed and painted.
