Flooded Hotel

Storm damage to this Belmont Hotel left significant water damage, forcing the hotel to close the top two floors of their facility. The Hotel repair project would involve roof repair to carpet replacement with many more tasks in between. SERVPRO was able to dispatch a disaster response team immediately to perform storm damage restoration. Tracking the water back to its source and correcting the damage to prevent the need for further water damage services was the top priority. We tore out and removed all of the damaged material and contents prior to beginning the drying process. Once our advanced moisture monitoring equipment confirmed that drying was completed, we rebuilt the damaged portion of the building. The Hotel owners and their insurance company were beyond happy.
