The Russian Ridge Open Space Preserve is home to a variety of plants and animals. It is a vast preserve, covering over 3,000 acres of open meadows and dense forest. The park is situated in the Santa Cruz Mountains and is a popular place to get away from it all and spend the day enjoying nature. You can walk, hike, or bike. There are trails for horseback riding.
