Kids Can Enjoy Great Books & Fun Activities via Redwood City Public Libraries
If your children like to read, or you want to foster good reading skills, the Redwood City Public Library has some fantastic children’s book clubs. Right now, the meetings are virtual, but the fun continues. The library provides the books, and you pick them up once you are registered. Several book clubs are available, but the library asks that participants only choose one because of high demand. You can choose from the following clubs:
• Awesome Readers – Grades 2 – 3. Group 1 - Tuesday 4 – 5 PM. Group 2- Tuesday 5 – 6 PM.
• Page Turners – Grades 4 -5. Group 1 – Monday 4 -5 PM. Group 2 – 5 – 6 PM.
• Club de Lectura – Grades 3 -5 (Spanish) – Tues 5:15 – 6:15 PM
Join in the weekly chat and book discussion. There will be fun activities kids can do at home as well. Contact the library at bookclub@redwoodcity.org for more information.
