The award was presented to us for educational work we perform in the community, including building a "demo room" where we are able to cause water and smoke damage to portions of walls and floors and then demonstrate the various cleaning procedures we use to reverse the damage... to make it "like it never even happened."

Our original demo room was located in our San Leandro facility. Recently it has been moved (and expanded) in Stockton. The room is used during continuing education classes and workshops for the real estate and insurance communities.
